Drive-Thru Power Hours
At Chick-fil-A Milledgeville, I spearheaded quarterly Drive-Thru Power Hour events aimed at maximizing drive-thru traffic within a single hour. To enhance community engagement and drive attendance, I developed specialized marketing campaigns for each event. These campaigns were instrumental in breaking multiple car count records at our location, as well as setting new regional and state-wide records.
Our inaugural Drive-Thru Power Hour, held on February 7th, 2024 from 6-7 PM, set a new milestone for our location, achieving a record-breaking 271 cars in a single hour—the highest drive-thru count in our store's history.
Our second Power Hour, held on April 24, 2024, from 7-9 PM, was strategically marketed as 'Finals Frenzy' to engage college-aged students during exam season. This event resulted in a new store record for the 7-8 PM hour, 268 cars. Underscoring the success of my targeted marketing approach.
Our latest Power Hour event, held on September 18, 2024, from 6-7 PM, set a new all-time record for our store, achieving an impressive 334 cars in a single hour. This accomplishment was driven by the success of my targeted marketing efforts, which maximized community engagement and customer turnout.
