As the Assistant Marketing Director at Chick-fil-A Milledgeville, I have been instrumental in shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth and community engagement. In collaboration with the Marketing Director, I developed and implemented high-impact initiatives aligned with company objectives. My role includes market trend analysis, organizing promotional events, and leading social media efforts, with our Instagram consistently averaging 100,000 monthly views due to the compelling content and strong audience engagement I’ve cultivated.
Additionally, I have built strategic partnerships with local organizations, creating collaborative marketing opportunities that enhance Chick-fil-A Milledgeville's community presence. By leading marketing efforts for a $9 million franchise, I have significantly contributed to customer engagement, brand identity, and revenue growth.
Vice President Recruitment & Marketing
As Vice President of Recruitment and Marketing for Kappa Delta Sorority, I played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s recruitment and outreach strategies. I developed and executed comprehensive marketing plans that effectively communicated Kappa Delta’s values and mission while increasing our visibility to a diverse audience of potential new members. By leveraging social media, public relations, and strategic event planning, I ensured the sorority maintained a strong and appealing presence.
In this leadership role, I collaborated with chapter leaders to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment throughout the recruitment process, driving sustained growth for the chapter. I acted as the face of our recruitment efforts, training over 175 members in effective engagement techniques to ensure confidence and consistency in interacting with prospective members. These efforts culminated in the successful recruitment of over 60 new women, significantly enhancing our chapter’s growth and community impact.

As the Social Media Coordinator for Georgia College & State University’s Academic Advising Center, I played a crucial role in enhancing student engagement and communication. I was responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that promote academic resources, advising services, and important deadlines. By creating compelling content tailored to the needs and interests of over 7,000 students, I worked to foster a supportive online community. Additionally, I monitored social media interactions, responded to student inquiries, and collaborated with academic advisors to ensure that information was accurate and accessible.
